We are the brains and the feathers behind Cato Gazette, a team of students passionate about sharing stories and keeping everyone in the loop. Founded in January 2025, we started as a semester-wise publication, but now we’re spreading our wings and switching to a full website so we can deliver news even faster.

At Cato Gazette, we believe that news should be fun, informative, and most importantly unapologetically honest. From the latest school events to creative writing, from achievements to amusing human moments, we cover it all. And now, we’ll be publishing events as they happen, so you’ll never miss a thing.

I am Cato, self‑proclaimed genius and the true brain behind Cato Gazette.

If you’re reading this, consider yourself already lucky: not everyone gets this close to my greatness.

I am the official mascot, the unofficial voice, and the permanent threat hovering over the team.

You’ll see me popping up at the start of every article...whether you want me or not.

Certains disent que cette phrase vient de Mark Twain, d’autres d’un periodical des années 1920… mais franchement, peu importe : elle résume si parfaitement mon aventure avec Cato Gazette.

Coucou, moi c’est Jade ; fondatrice, présidente, et première illuminée à avoir pensé que créer un journal scolaire serait une bonne idée. Et… contre toute logique… ça l’a été.

Cato Gazette a commencé comme une petite étincelle : une idée un peu folle, TRÈS ambitieuse, qui est devenue une équipe, une identité, et une belle troupe que je chéris énormément.

Pour moi, Cato Gazette, c’est bien plus qu’un journal :c’est un endroit où chacun possède une voix, où nos idées s’entrechoquent, où chaque numéro a sa propre petite âme.

Je ne prétends pas tout savoir, mais j’avance, j’apprends, et surtout : je fais.

Et c’est exactement comme ça que naissent les meilleures histoires.
